Workbooks are the heart of Sigma. This is where you’ll spend your time creating, analyzing, and sharing data. Beginning with our familiar spread-sheet interface., you’ll be able to manage data in ways that have been previously been opaque in other BI tools. Workbooks contain worksheets within, each of which allow you to develop specific content, information, visualizations, analyses, tables, dashboards, and much more.

Each Worksheet contains your “Canvas,” which you can do the aforementioned. You can have multiple workbooks for different purposes. Within Workbooks:

• You will see the familiar Excel-type toolbar on top
• Each Worksheet can have one or multiple Tabs
• For editors, the ability to use each element is displayed on the left-hand side of the screen.
