Richard has been immersed in Technology since coding on a green screen computer as a child. After studying neurobiology and biochemistry, he turned back to his passion. Following 15+ years in various roles in the Technology sector, he formed close relationships with the very best and brightest — and brought them to Lotus Technologies which he incepted in 2018..
DIRECTOR, SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE
After graduating from UCSD with both a BS and Master’s in Computer Science, he became on of San Diego’s foremost engineers. He led the team that created the technology for Google GChat (which is the basis for Google Hangouts), among many others. He leads of our team of elite engineers for Enterprise Level Software Engineers developing Mobile Apps, Custom Software, and Web Applications.

With both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Computer Science: Aaron has spent his career on the bleeding-edge of emerging Web Development technologies, and has a proven track record of staying ahead of the curve. He has led development for startup to large multinational corporations, leads and mentors some of the best and brightest minds in the industry

For over 20 years, Tracy has been a worldwide expert, mentor, and prolific contributor to the open-source community. As a child, Robert began coding in Visual Basic 4. From that point onward, Robert has become an industry-leading developer within the Microsoft stack, from WebForms, to ASP.Net, MVC5, Azure, and beyond. Robert has built the technology for companies that still reap the benefits of his talent.
